Return Policy
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returns require prior authorization. To obtain authorization, send an email to ciao@italianolivewood.com stating the reason for the return, the original order date, and the order number.
You will be given an RMA and should return your product to:

Indicate the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s).
Refunds will take an average of 10-15 days following receipt of your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
